For the 2023 - 2024 Volleyball Season, please make note of the following (Tentative) meeting dates. All meetings begin at 7:30 PM, All meetings will take place  virtually except the August 31, 2023 meeting which will be virtual or in person at PCTI .

Attendance Reminders 

All active members must attend at least one Rules and one Mechanics meeting before the start of the f season. That means you must attend one of the three meetings held in August 31, 2023 for girls or March 7, 2024 for boys.

Of course, you must still attend three meetings but the meetings on August 31, 2023 or March 7, 2024. count as two meetings if you stay for both the Int. and Mechanics and Business meeting on October 5, 2023 counts as 1. Any member with attendance issues should submit a letter or email to the Attendance Chair, WALT RUSAK at waltr23@aol.com within the time frame outlined in the Constitution. Letters of excuse must be submitted 15 days after the missed meeting. The letters will be reviewed by the Executive Council who will make the final decision.
